OUR TEAM

"The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will instruct his/her patient in the care of the human frame, in diet, and the cause and prevention of disease."

-Thomas Edison

Dr. Katie deeply believes in our  innate female wisdom and capacity to heal. Dr. Katie sees herself as a bridge between conventional and integrative medical philosophies and an ally, interpreter and guide for women interested in dramatically improving their health. In her free time she can be found rock climbing, body building, skiing, fly fish, mountain biking or trying to catch and snuggle her son Ace.

Rupali Shah Lubchansky, FMCHC, CPT, CNC

Hi!  I'm Rupali and I am proud to be a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer… among other things.

My former career as a Designer & Project Manager had left me burnt out with terrible sleep, and bad food choices to offset my stress. In the past few years, I have reversed some potentially serious health conditions like heart disease and diabetes that run in my family. I was also diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in 2003, and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis in 2020, which I am managing with lifestyle changes with a Functional Medicine approach.  I am currently on a mold and metal detox journey, as well as leveling my hormones.  My health issues fueled my desire to leave a toxic career and become a Health Coach, and I have not once looked back.

I strongly believe that my journey happened so that I can help others discover their whys and learn how to make changes to improve their quality of life.  As a former couch potato who suffered from anxiety and depression, I know how difficult it can be to envision and work towards a healthier life.  I am here to help you take those steps and build new habits that work for you.

Some of my other certifications include: NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, NASM Certified Weight Loss Specialist, NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, NASM Certified Behavior Change Specialist, and I am currently in the process of completing the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Sleep, Stress Management and Recovery Coaching Certification.  I will be receiving the Lifestyle Coach certification from the CDC's National Diabetes Prevention at the end of May 2024. My deep love of learning fuels me so I can effectively coach individuals based on their specific needs.

I am extremely passionate about cooking, baking, fitness, writing, learning new languages, and preventative medicine.  I am also a mother of two amazing teens and an adorable dog.

Lindsey Ranzer, PT, DPT, FMCHC, NBC-HWC

Lindsey is a Functional Medicine and Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for guiding individuals on their journey to vibrant health and vitality.  Growing up a dancer and avid outdoor adventurist, from a young age Lindsey was passionate about health and wellness.  It was this passion that led her to pursue a career as a physical therapist.

After working in hospitals for over 10 years, Lindsey became frustrated watching her patients
suffer from chronic diseases only to be treated with pharmacology and medical devices.

Patients were being viewed by the poor functioning of their individual body systems and not as a whole person with lifestyle struggles that were contributing to their poor physical and mental health. Lindsey also believed that body, mind and spirit are all integral parts of healing and wellness. She strongly desired to practice evidence-based healthcare that incorporated all three.

She received her health coach training at the prestigious Functional Medicine Coaching Academy where she acquired in-depth knowledge of functional medicine principles, including personalized nutrition, lifestyle modification, and root-cause analysis. Her approach to health coaching is client-centered, compassionate and holistic.

Lindsey partners with her clients to address the root causes of their health challenges, using
evidence-based functional medicine principles to implement personalized wellness plans that
support their unique needs and goals. Whether it’s through nutritional guidance, stress and
sleep management techniques, or movement plans, Lindsey has dedicated her practice to
empowering her clients to take charge of their health and live life to the fullest.

Lindsey lives in Bend, Oregon with her husband, 2 young children and Australian Shepherd.  She is still an avid outdoor adventurist and enjoys taking dance classes in her spare time.  When not coaching patients, she can be found with her family rock-climbing, hiking, kayaking, or skiing down the slopes of Mt. Bachelor.

Janine knows that there are many things that can impact our ability to shine. Some include unhealthy diets, unexpressed emotions, unconscious beliefs, sedentary lifestyles, unresolved generational trauma, lack of sleep, too much stress, lack of joy, and toxicity in many forms.

Janine embraces the concept of Coherent Bio-Energy. When our bio-energy, our chi, our Life Force is freely flowing we experience vitality and health. When it is stuck or impeded, our light is dimmed and our health suffers. She strives to help  her clients become 'unstuck'.

In her free time Janine loves organic gardening and raising chickens. She prides herself on having home-schooled her two sons.
